We hope that you have had a happy National School Counseling Week!
We would like to THANK YOU for the outstanding work you do everyday! And, we certainly hope that as you take care of our children and our schools, you take the time to take care of yourselves! We, Jeff and Hande (together with three colleagues whose names are listed in the informed consent form) are interested in topics that impact many of us: self-care, resiliency, and compassion fatigue. We would like to extend an invitation for you to participate in a research project examining these topics in the lives of school counselors. The study has been approved by SDSU IRB Board (Approval #: IRB-1702003-EXM). If you choose to participate here is the link that will take you to the survey: https://www.questionpro.com/t/AFkfVZVJGI As in any studies your participation is voluntary and you can choose not to participate at any time without any consequences. Your responses are strictly confidential as no identifying information is requested. We thank you in advance for your time and consideration. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact Hande Briddick (hande.briddick@sdstate.edu). Jeff Heavlin and Hande Briddick |
